Please understand that shipping carriers do experience delays due to pandemics, weather, holiday rush, and other unforeseen reasons. Tuff Industries will not be responsible for such delays that are out of our control.

• Average fulfilment times are 1-3 days (excluding weekends and holidays). We generally process and ship orders within 24 hours or less.

• Orders ship from our Tulsa, Oklahoma facility - local pick ups are welcome during business hours.

• Shipping costs are non refundable.

• If your package gets "returned to sender" you will be responsible for the cost to reship the package back to you.

Do you ship internationally?

Please contact us if you are located outside the United States.

How much does shipping cost?

• Shipping costs varies based on order size, location, etc.

• Shipping costs will be shown at checkout.

When will I receive my order?

• We partner with UPS, Fedex and USPS for our shipping requirements. We decide which company will be the best option based on your order size, location.

NOTE: All PO BOX address will be shipped USPS

• Shipping times usually range between 2-5 days, depending on your location.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Fulfilment time is not part of the shipping time.

My order never showed up - now what?

First, check the tracking number to see if it is still in transit, delayed or shows delivered.

If it shows in transit or delayed, the shipping company will need to be contacted to get an estimated time of arrival.

If your tracking number shows delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us.

I placed an order but didn't get an email confirmation.

Can I cancel my order or change my shipping address??

• As long as your order hasn't started the fulfilment process, it can be canceled. Once it enters our internal fulfilment process, an order cannot be canceled.

• Address changes are not allowed on any order for any reason. Please make sure your information is correct before placing your order.

Can I pick my order up from you if I've already paid for shipping?

• As long as your order has not been processed and assigned a tracking number, we will be able to change your order status to local pick up. If we have printed a shipping label for your order, then it is already queued to ship and it cannot be canceled or changed to local pick up.
