Return Policy

• No refund request will be accepted after 30 days for any reason

• No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number

• Refunds are issued 3-5 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your item(s) back

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

• Customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost

• We do not issue refunds to customers who reject packages and return to sender until we receive the package back

• New, unused items in their original packaging can be returned for a full refund or store credit. 

• Customer is responsible for return shipping cost and must provide a tracking number for the returned package.

• Original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Liquids

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all of our liquid detailing products.  If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply send it back for a refund within the 30 day period. The amount of product used can be no more than half of the original size to qualify for our 30 day money back guarantee.  Customer is responsible for return shipping cost and must provide a tracking number for the returned package.

Towels

Used items in like-new condition can be returned for store credit or an exchange only.  No refunds will be given on Towels that have been used.  Used items that show excessive signs of usage, stains, rips, tears, etc. will not be eligible for any type of return or exchange.

Hand Soaps & Scrubs

Soaps products that are not brand new are not eligible to be returned or exchanged for any reason.

All Other Products

All other products that have been used are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
